Refunds
Last updated 24 August 2026
The short version
Ask within 30 days and you get your money back. No form, no reason required, no attempt to talk you out of it. Write to hello@useairlock.app with the email address you bought with.
There is a 14-day trial with no card precisely so that nobody has to buy Airlock to find out whether it works for them. If you paid anyway and it turned out not to fit, that is not a situation worth arguing about.
Your legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun and you have agreed to it — which is what you consent to at checkout.
Our 30-day policy above is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the law requires. It is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them, and nothing here removes any right you have under consumer law — including your rights if the software is faulty or not as described.
Renewals
If a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used Airlock in that period, write to us and we will refund it. We would rather do that than keep money from someone who meant to cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep using Airlock until the end of the period you have paid for.
How the money comes back
Subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, so refunds are issued by them to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy directly using the receipt they emailed you.
