Terms of use

Last updated 24 August 2026

These terms cover your use of the Airlock application and this website. They are written to be read, not to be impressive.

Who you are buying from

Airlock is made by Guillermo del Olmo, Carrer Bobines 46, 08197 Valldoreix, Barcelona, Spain (“we”, “us”).

Subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your purchase contract for payment, invoicing and tax is with them; these terms cover the software itself.

Your licence

While your subscription is active, you may use Airlock on one Mac at a time. Activating it registers that Mac against your licence. If you replace your Mac, or want to move Airlock to a different one, write to us and we will move the licence across — there is no charge and no limit on how often.

You may not:

Airlock is licensed, not sold. We keep all intellectual property rights in it.

The trial

Airlock is free and fully functional for 14 days, with no card required. Nothing is held back during the trial. When it ends, Airlock stops working until you subscribe. Nothing you created with it is deleted or held hostage.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

What Airlock does to your machine

Airlock installs hooks into the configuration of coding agents you choose to connect (such as Claude Code), so those agents can ask it for approval. You can remove them at any time from Settings. Airlock asks macOS for permissions — accessibility, microphone, speech recognition, calendar, automation, audio capture, and your Downloads folder — and macOS asks you before granting each one. Most are requested only when you use the feature that needs them; the exception is automation, which the media card asks for at launch if a music player is already running. Every widget can be switched off in Settings.

Approvals are yours

This one matters, so it is not buried. Airlock helps you decide whether to let an agent run a command. It does not make that decision correct.

No warranty

Airlock is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit any particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything here.

Ending it

You can stop using Airlock and cancel at any time. We may end your licence if you breach these terms materially — for example by redistributing Airlock or forging licence keys — and will refund any unused paid period if we do.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.
